Text Notifications

Redtie account owners can choose to receive a text message when their AI assistant answers a call they couldn't take. The text contains a link to a summary of the call.

How to opt in

In the Redtie app, open Settings, verify your mobile number, and turn on text notifications. Before they start, you see and accept:

"Text me a summary link when my assistant takes a call. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help."

Text notifications are off until you turn them on. Opting in is not a condition of using Redtie.

What we send

One message per call your assistant answers, for example: "Redtie: Riley took a call from Jane (urgent). Summary: phone.getredtie.com/s/… Reply STOP to opt out." Message frequency varies with your call volume.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message, or turn text notifications off in Settings. You'll receive one confirmation and no further texts.
